SUAI has developed a display simulator of a marine dock complex

The program allows you to enter information about emergency situations, so that the personnel of offshore dock complexes can be trained to effectively respond to the event of holes, fires and flooding of emergency areas

Modern marine vessels are complex technical systems that require high qualifications and professionalism from the crew. To ensure the safety and efficiency of work on the ship, it is necessary to train the crew regularly. However, such training can be difficult due to the lack of special equipment and software.

As the project developer Angelina Derbisheva notes, the display simulator will help train the crew – the team will be able to gain the necessary knowledge about a safe and controlled environment, which, in turn, will increase the efficiency of work on the ship, and also will not require the purchase of special equipment. The project of the SUAI student was implemented on the basis of the database of materials of JSC IC NEOTEK MARINE.

Such programs are carried out individually for a particular vessel. For the successful implementation of her project, Angelina Derbisheva analyzed the technical and functional requirements for the marine dock complex, and also studied the principles of its operation. These data formed the basis of a simulator program that simulates various emergency situations.
